The civil servant performs the following functions:
Processes information related to supervision and/or control activities or, when necessary, coordinates the processing of such information.
Carries out supervision and/or control activities or coordinates their execution if needed.
Provides consultations within the assigned area of responsibility.
Reviews complaints and other documents on complex issues related to supervision and/or control, or coordinates their review when required; prepares responses or coordinates the preparation of responses.
Oversees the implementation of decisions, recommendations, and instructions related to supervision and/or control, or coordinates their implementation oversight.
Prepares and provides information on complex issues related to supervision and/or control, or coordinates its preparation and delivery as needed.
Prepares and submits proposals on issues related to supervision and/or control.
Plans supervision and/or control activities or, when required, coordinates their planning.
Resolves issues related to the appraisal and retention periods of documents transferred to the New Archive of the Lithuanian State by state and municipal institutions, agencies, and enterprises.
Assesses accounting data submitted by assigned state and municipal institutions, agencies, and enterprises and submits them to the head of the institution for approval.
Coordinates the transfer of records from state and municipal institutions, agencies, and enterprises to the New Archive of the Lithuanian State.
Submits proposals for supplementing the National Document Fund with documents of enduring value from non-governmental organizations, private legal entities, or individuals.
Acts as the head of the division during their absence, upon authorization by the institution’s head.
Carries out other ad hoc assignments related to the activities of the institution.
Special Requirements:
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
A university degree (at least a Bachelor’s qualification) or an equivalent higher education qualification in one of the following fields:
– Communication, or
– History, or
– Heritage Studies;
Or:
A university degree (at least a Bachelor’s qualification) or an equivalent higher education qualification;
At least 1 year of experience in the management of classified documents.
Foreign Language Requirement:
Language: English, Russian, German, or French;
Proficiency level: B1.
