The employee performs the following functions:
Prepares educational lessons, events, exhibitions, articles, and projects.
Manages the archive’s website and social media accounts.
Manages documents transferred for permanent preservation that originate from political parties, public organizations, other non-governmental organizations, and private individuals.
Accepts documents from state institutions, agencies, and enterprises for permanent preservation and arranges archival holdings efficiently within the archive storage.
Substitutes for the reading room staff and assists archive visitors.
Carries out other one-time assignments from the division head in order to implement the measures defined in the Archive’s annual plans.
Special Requirements:
A university degree in the field of humanities or social sciences, along with professional knowledge in the field of document management.
Familiarity with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating public administration, civil service, labor relations, and the protection and provision of information.
Knowledge of the Law on Documents and Archives of the Republic of Lithuania and other related legal acts governing document management.
Ability to analyze and summarize information and draw conclusions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian; proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
Proficiency in English at no lower than B2 level.
